1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or restricted areas, delivery timelines may vary, and in some cases, delivery may not be possible. Please contact our support team for clarification before placing your order if you reside in such areas.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of confirmation and payment.
• In case of custom solar plant kits or services that require site surveys, the processing time may be longer. You will be notified accordingly.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Solar Plant Kits and EV Products: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Charges will be visible at checkout before payment.
• Subscription Plans (for Channel Partners): These are digital services and do not involve physical shipping.
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the platform.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on regional location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All products are packed securely with appropriate protective materials to avoid any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at support@urjaone.com.
